Terms and conditions of our services are listed below :

  1. Our home and office cleaning services are 4 hours per session. Booking is based on a first come first serve basis.
  2. Please allow a variance of 30 minutes from the appointment times which may cause by unforeseen reasons such as traffic jams, a delay from earlier cleaning slots and etc.
  3. In the event that the cleaner does not arrive within 30 minutes from the scheduled visit time, the customer is required to contact iCuci to inform of the absence.
  4. All payment is in cash term only and must be made after the service.
  5. Cash payment can be passed to the driver or cleaner. The receipt will only be issued upon request.
  6. The total best value package price (4 times) is to be paid in advance after the first cleaning service. If not, the customer will be charged a one-time service and not entitled to the package price. The package must be utilized within 6 months. Please arrange a cash payment if your payment is due for package renewal.
  7. Surcharge may apply during the festive seasons.
  8. We will provide basic cleaning tools. However, ladder and vacuum are to be provided by the owner/customer.
  9. The additional hours will be charged at RM25/person/hour and to inform at least 2 hours in advance.
  10. Any cancellation less than 12 hours from the scheduled time is subject to cancellation fees of RM50.
  11. All valuables, fragile and highly breakable items must be secured or placed in a safe place. iCuci shall not be held liable for any damage or loss that arises during the cleaning service.
  12. What our cleaner will do; Sweeping, mopping, dust and wipe clean all surfaces, clean mirrors, bath, and showers, scrub bathroom sinks and toilet bowl, throw away rubbish, etc.
  13. What our cleaner will not do; Car wash, wash and ironing clothes, gardening, risky cleaning, cooking, caretaker and etc.
